Food lovers are always on the lookout for some special dishes. And people who don't like fried rice can't be found now. For those who don't like biriyani, tehri or extra spicy foods, fried rice can be a very tasty food without any doubt.

For those who love to cook or are learning something new, they can easily make fried rice with today's recipe.

Today I am going to make egg vegetable fried rice for 6 people with the following ingredients:

  •     1 kg of rice.
  •     400gm of vegetables (carrots and beans).
  •     4 eggs.
  •     3 tablespoons of sugar.
  •     100gm of oil.
  •     2 tablespoons hot spice powder.
  •     1 tablespoon of white pepper.
  •     Chaat 1 teaspoon of spices.
  •     50gm of green pepper
  •     2/3 piece of chopped garlic.
  •     Salt to taste.

Cooking method:

⃣Although boiling rice is the main way to make fried rice, so first of all let's heat the water in the oven to boil the rice. The amount of water should be given a little more, because the rice will be neat. Now wash the rice and pour it in the sieve so that no water remains on the rice.

⃣When the water in the oven is hot, let the rice boil.  Make sure that the rice is not too cooked. Because if you want to taste like a restaurant, you have to keep the rice clean.

⃣Let's process the vegetables before the rice is cooked.  I wash the beans with clean water, cut them into small pieces with a knife and grate the carrots using a grater.  And I break the eggs in a bowl.

⃣When the rice is cooked, remove the starch well and cool it for a while in the air of a table fan, this will make the rice more crispy.

⃣Heat oil in a pan over medium to low heat.  Stir in the hot oil with the chopped garlic until it turns brown.

⃣When the garlic chopped turns brown, reduce the heat of the oven, add the eggs and keep stirring randomly. Add the vegetables and the rest of the spices, and turn up the heat on the stove for a while more, as this will make the raw vegetables a little more cooked. You will see that water is leaking from the vegetables, so increase the heat of the stove, it will dry the water very quickly. Now add rice and fry it well. Turn off the oven.
