Bread is one of the oldest foods used in Neolithic times. The busyness of the day starts from morning.  Our reliance on easily matched foods.  That's why bread seems to be necessary for breakfast every day.

Very few people can be found who do not like bread.  Bread is a food that is often left over.  You can easily make a bakery bread at home with a few ingredients.

But did you know that the seeds of various diseases are hidden in white bread or flour bread which is being marketed thinking that it will take less time to market!  There are many things you need to know about why you are relying on white bread.  If you listen to doctors, your daily diet is not flour, not flour.

Regular consumption of any food made from bread or flour increases the level of cholesterol in the body.  And if cholesterol rises, the risk of various heart problems will increase.  The risk of heart attack will increase a lot.  As bread increases the level of sugar in the body, so does the amount of carbohydrates.  As a result, weight gain begins.  The problem of high blood pressure also increases.

  Main Ingredient :

  •   2 cups flour,
  •   1 teaspoon of yeast,
  •   3 tablespoons oil,
  •   2 teaspoons of powdered milk,
  •   1/2 cup hot water,
  •   1 egg,
  •   Half a teaspoon of salt,
  •   Half a cup of water,
  •   1 tablespoon of sugar.

 Preparation:

All ingredients except water should be mixed together.  Now make a soft dough with water.  Now place the doty in an airtight box in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes you will see that the doti will swell twice as much.  Then take out the dough and take out the air inside, and sand it like bread with a roller.  Now take the bread out of a mold, grease it and put it in a warm place for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes you will see again that the mold is full of flour.  Now brush the egg yolk on top of the flour.

Place a large pot in the oven and take 1 inch thick sand in it.  Now place the steel stand on it, cover the pot with a lid and heat the pot for 1 minute.  Now place the bread mold on the steel stand.

Cover the face of the pot with something heavy on top.  Now leave it on medium heat for 15 minutes.  Then reduce the heat completely and leave the lid on for another 5 minutes.

If the top turns brown, take it down.  After 10-12 minutes, turn the mold on a plate, take out the bread, fold in a wet towel or wet cloth and cover the bread.  When cool, cut the bread and serve.
