Protein shake is a very popular drink at present.  Especially those who work out in the gym rely on protein shakes to meet their extra protein needs.  Protein shakes can be eaten as a whole meal alternative because they contain essential amino acids.

Many times in our busy lives for various reasons, it is not always time for us to eat a balanced diet.  Where all the nutrients like vitamins, proteins and low fat foods can help you lose weight.

Materials:

  • 1 banana
  • 15 grapes
  • 3 strawberries
  • 6 nuts
  • 1/2 cup sour yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low fat or double tone milk

Preparation:

Cut the fruits and blend them with nuts, milk and yogurt.  This is made by mixing cold nutritious protein shakes.
