How To Make Luchi And Aloo Dum at Home? Easy Luchi and Aloo Dum Recipe.


I would like some new recipes for breakfast in the morning or in the afternoon.  Those who get bored of eating the same type of breakfast every day can make luchi and potato dum at home.  There is no comparison between this hot luchi and potato dum.

   We usually know Luchi as Puri.  But there is some difference between Puri and Luchi.  Puri which is filled with puri.  For example - potato pur inside the potato puri, dal pur inside the dal puri etc. and luchi fulco.  It is made with flour only and no filling is given inside.  This luchi can be eaten with different items.  Let's be a little special today.

Ingredients for Luchi:

  •  2 cups flour,
  •  1/2 cup sour yogurt,
  •  1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
  •  1 tablespoon of powdered milk,
  •  Semolina 2 teaspoons,
  •  1/2 cup ghee,
  •  1 cup of oil,
  •  Amount of salt
  •  1 teaspoon of blackberries,
  •  Cumin 1/2 teaspoon,
  •  1 teaspoon of sugar,
  •  Like the amount of light hot water.

  Method:

   First make yeast with hot water by mixing flour, sour curd, baking powder, powdered milk, semolina, salt, black cumin and whole cumin, sugar well.  Then cover it for 15-20 minutes.  After 20 minutes, cut into rounds and take the sand.  Now heat the oil in another pan.  When the oil is hot, you have to make luchi with deep frying.

 Ingredients for Aloo dam:

  •  7 pieces of boiled potatoes,
  •  1 tablespoon peas,
  •  2 medium sized onions,
  •  1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste,
  •  1 tablespoon mustard oil,
  •  1 cup water and salt to taste.

 Method:

   In a hot pan, add onion, ginger and garlic paste with mustard oil.  Stir for a while and add salt, potatoes and peas.  Keep frying them on low heat.  Now add 1 cup of water and wait till the water dries.  Turn off the stove with the broth you need.
